12 week Plan

Ideal for those who want some structure to help work towards a goal but don’t want or need the support of coaching.

·  An initial email consultation to discuss your requirements

·  Detailed questionnaire covering off your history, goals, current circumstances and time available to train

·  A bespoke training plan that is built on key sessions designed specifically for you

·  Each session is broken down in full detail by heart rate or power as required

·  These sessions are scheduled across a sample twelve weeks based on your indicated availability

·  Nutrition advice

·  Initial support for a period of seven days from the beginning of the plan to answer any questions on the sessions or any aspect of the plan

·  A follow up email or telephone consultation after a period of 6-8 weeks to discuss progress, with the option to refresh the plan if required (at additional cost)
